Each individual is different and my integrative practice, using humanistic, psychodynamic and CBT approaches, aims to bring the right approach to help you.

I am a qualified psychotherapist working in Ealing, West London 5 minutes walk from Hanwell and Drayton Green stations and easily accessible from Paddington, Ealing Broadway, Southall and Greenford.

I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist with adults and young people for the last 18 years. As part of my practice I supervise and teach counsellors. Through my experience of working in private practice, Hounslow Youth Counselling Service, schools, prisons and a GP surgery I have experience of a range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, depression, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem, childhood issues, feelings of isolation, little meaning or direction in life.

Confidentiality is most important in counselling and psychotherapy and I offer a safe environment where you can work on any difficulties and concerns you wish to talk about. As a UKCP registered psychotherapist I ensure that I get supervision and support from colleagues for my work so that you can feel confident in our work together.
